SMYAC League Requirement - Player Identification
All football players are required to have a government-issued ID card in order to compete. Acceptable forms of goverment-issued ID are Maryland, Military, or Passports. The Maryland ID cards may be obtained from the DMV or any DMV satellite office that issues driver's licenses.
Please note: ID Cards are not required at the time of registration, but will be required prior to playing starting in August.
In order to get a Maryland ID card:
- You'll need to bring your child's supporting documentation, along with your driver's license.
- The cost of the ID card is $15.00 and is good for 5 years.

The Prince Frederick MVA Office is located behind the Distric Courthouse. Parking is located at the rear of the facility which allows for easy access to the MVA Office.
BE ADVISED that ID cards are no longer provided at time of DMV visit. IDs will be mailed, therefore please plan in advance and allow 5-10 buiness days for delivery.
Prince Frederick MVA hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This MVA office is closed every Saturday and on the following holidays and service reduction days.
